At todays school show the head teacher told me that a couple of days ago she overheard one of the children from year 1 talking about the upcoming elections. The first child said that the elections were coming up and that Gordon Brown may not be the prime minister for much longer. The second child replied by saying “That’s good because in only 2 more sleeps he is coming to do magic at the school”
When they were leaving the hall after the show I heard the comment “Yes, he was definitely better than Gordon Brown”
So there you have it, Gordon the Magician is better at magic than the prime minister, as agreed by the year 1′s.
Today I performed a one hour show for a lovely young girl who was celebrating her 9th birthday, and they were kind enough to give me the following feedback:
